LAURA GARDNER

Practice Principal

Laura Gardner, Speech Pathologist and Practice Principal, founded Look Who’s Talking Speech Pathology in 2016. Graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science with a Master of Speech Pathology in 2012, she has over nine years’ experience working with children, adolescents and their families. Laura is a member of Speech Pathology Australia and is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.

 Laura is passionate about working with clients to achieve their goals. She has extensive experience working within the areas of speech, language, literacy and social skills. She has worked within homes, kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools.

Her passion area is working with teenagers with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and helping them communicate socially within their friendship circles, romantic relationships and communities. Laura enjoys working collaboratively with her client, their family and other relevant professionals to incorporate the skills learned in therapy into their everyday life. Outside of her work life, Laura is a proud mother to her young son. She enjoys cooking, walking her English Staffy and camping.
